How to Write a Love Letter

Sunday, January 31st, 2010

Writing a love letter can be very difficult if you let it. When writing a love letter there is one thing you need to do, “Speak from the heart.” It will be very easy once you do that and everything will flow exactly how it should.  But here are 5 tips when writing the letter.

Presentation

Make sure the letter is written on very nice paper, with some type of graphic on it. Also add a splash of your cologne so your wife gets a wiff of your love with it.

Its a keepsake

Always date your letter with the month, day, and year. Every woman that receives a love letter from her husband keeps it for memories, so you want to make sure they know when it was written.

Beginning the letter

Always begin a love letter telling your wife the reason you are writing it. Never assume they know why you wrote it, because it is often wrong. State your wife’s name in the letter (my darling _____) it will feel more heartfelt.

Closing

End the letter by mentioning you are still thinking about your wife in some way (And now as I dream, I will be dreaming of you). Be open with your feelings and express them to the fullest.

Packaging

When you package the letter, give it as if it were a gift. (Lay the letter on the bed full of rose peddles. Put rose peddles in an envelope with the letter.) Make sure you are not far behind after the letter is read.

If done with love and emotion it wont matter how poorly written the letter is. The outcome will be the same, you will get hugs and kisses and your wife will feel greatly appreciated for all she has.
